Our independent consulting approach allow us to use our deep industry expertise to evaluate your current systems and recommend a solution that meets your unique requirements and budget. We will then engage the vendor's technical team, who will work in collaboration with your technical team to develop and deploy the solution.
We will guide you through the process from discovery, requirements definition, solution design and delivery. We continue the relationship for ongoing account management and vendor support.
Discovery Phase
We begin by defining your business objectives and definte the requirements. We analyse many factors including compliance, privacy, security risk profile, identifying potential vulnerabilities, threats, scoping pain points and challenges. This comprehensive process outlines objectives to be achieved to protect your data and steps needed to minimise the risks from external threats.
Vendor Engagement
We select a vendor that meets that meets your requirements, business objectives and integrates with your existing IT systems. Technical sessions are scheduled with your engineering team and the vendor's engineering team, to develop the solution in collaboration - no sales people involved. The result is a robust solution that achieves the defined objectives.
Solution Delivery
A detailed implementation plan is created using a solution delivery framework to ensure successful integration and continuous delivery of IT services. The engineering teams work together to ensure a smooth transition of the new vendors are onboarded.
Management and Support
When the delivery team have completed the deployment of the solution, the vendor provides ongoing support to your team for any technical issues. We manage the relationship between both parties as an independent account manager. Our priority is to ensure that you are receiving the expected level of service, issues are resolved in a timely manner and the solution continues to meet your objectives.

Meet our
Principal Consultant
Nigel Burke has had a long career in IT with experience covering cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, networking, analytics and risk over the past 25 years. In that time, he's learnt to dig deep to uncover the root cause of customer problems and work in collaboration to develop solutions. This involves challenging the customers' thought processes, asking open-ended questions to obtain valuable insights and taking the customer on a carefully thought out journey from discovery to solution development.
Nigel's approach is based on understanding business objectives, how the problem fits into the bigger picture and the effects it will have on the greater organisation. Without understanding the key objectives, you can fall into the trap letting technology drive the problem solving. This is why we have a vendor neutral approach because there isn't one vendor that can solve all problems for all customers.
Nigel has worked with customers including the NSW and WA State Governments, Optus, TPG Telecom and AGL for their cybersecurity, analytics and risk services as a Strategic Account Director. Previous to this, he launched the channel programs for two telecommunication / data centre companies working with MSPs.
